2 things. If there is specific guidance which I have heard people say can you give me the regulation number please so I can read it.

2nd the FAA does not investigate plane crashes the NTSB does

The FAA report I pulled showed the problem to be with R1 Door and this has also had issues in the 2-25-15 test as well as the 3-24-15 test.
