I get the impression that Emil Malak has a fleeting acquaintance with the concept of truth at best.

I'm suggesting that Occam's Razor points clearly in that direction.

Actually the odds are pretty good he'll get away with it. Down here at the sleazy non-SEC reporting end of the penny stick markets, such chicanery is standard and nobody seems too concerned.
