these 75000 shares settlement will not make a dent, we need someone with a 1M or more shares to get the same verdict, then maybe the turds will do something for all.
The new shares are not revoked and are free trading.
the transfer of 106 to 205 (NEW SHARES) was deliberate in order to flush out and remove all improper certificates.
If the DTC will not accept the 205 certs and remove the 106 certs in their stores…..interesting….If I am correct, the brokers can no longer use this EXCUSE to deny anyone their request for a cert.
