merely an observation.... not sure that it means anything at all BUT this is the longest we've gone without activity on Pacer.... AND furthest into a year without any updates at all....etc....etc

Added 1,000 shares at $.20 on 11/13/15.

The ask had jumped to $.50 during the day with two MMs. One was offering 15,000 shares. Too rich for my blood.
