My appologies. I'm willing to eat my words when I am proven wrong. I guess the NYSE MKT has different listing requirements than the NYSE. This is good to know as it was a legitimate concern of mine in terms of potential bombs that could go off in the next month. Now all we have to worry about it in the near term, besides lack of substantial news, is Pando's 6 million + shares that he can dump on the market during unrestricted insider trading windows.
