Yes, I've noticed! This is the worst ETF (eh...I mean ETN) I've been involved with! No matter had bad the markets crash in Sept/Oct this will NEVER see anything remotely close to $15! "Maybe $10" but that's it! I'm getting off anywhere above $7!
- JMHO
