Maybe there will be a new Board member with skin in the game who will want a new CEO AND CHAIRMAN with an equal level of commitment so he or she won't have t be asked why they never support the stock on the open market. And they certainly won't give the excuse " it's not required".
This sleazeball has milked a salary here for way too long.
