IMO, there'll be no turn a round cause there's no product and no money. The owner/s made their fortune robbing shareholders. And, there's still a fortune for them to make. The OTC exists for the R/S. An option for the crook/s is to initiate a good pump before they R/S. The pump will fool most investors into buying and will also be the last chance for a very few of us to recover some of our investment; but, certainly not nearly all. The difficulty/challenge/gamble for us shareholders is to accurately guess/predict the insiders start/low and pump limit. GLTA and Trade well
