Whilst I am not a shareholder, I take an interest in this company for personal reasons.
I can only agree with many of your sentiments, and as a person who has held senior funding and financing positions over many years, I understand where you in particular are coming from.
It will be interesting to analyze the next 10Q. The previous one indicated that the company was virtually insolvent in terms of current liabilities far exceeding its current assets. This had a major bearing on my decision not to invest in SMME.
It is indeed unfortunate that the stockholders have been sold "blue sky", which has turned very cloudy over a period of time.These types of investments have a very poor success rate, and I fear SMME may not be an exception. However, having said that, I sincerely hope that the future becomes rather brighter.
The obsessive secrecy of the CEO does her no credit or assist stockholders in any way, quite apart from the inability to fulfill the many promises made via press releases over many years.
Finally let me say that the company web site is indicative of the poor management quality...full of grammatical and spelling mistakes which are a reflection of such quality.
