agree- Consolidations will concentrate Deposits and probably banking efficiences. One silver lining of the Cap Controls is more people are using ATM and credit cards, reducing costs and undermining the underground economy- thereby increasing taxes. I think if the powers at be figure out Greece will do better if more people pay taxes, this wil be good.
