IMO, the thing you have to look at is who is in charge of the company's commodity deals and have they had experience in commodity deals. Per Idira Energy's website under "About Our Company"

The same suppliers also can supply IXEL with Diesel (D2), Mazut and other refined oil derivatives. It is our intention to aggressively source refined oil derivatives.
