ERT .. well said, however, Z so far laughs at FRAND by willing to offer .002 cents per phone. They are big and can hold out forever. Can V hold out forever? If the pps is a reflection of V's status, we are in serious trouble.
Worldwide FRAND is now pie in the sky.
For shareholders who were uninterruptedly and mercilessly f....ed for years, a smaller settlement would be a welcome closure.
