It means that when I started watching this stock it was at .18c and everyojne was saying this is the bottom this is the bottom at every new low....It went all the way to .002 and still hadnt bottomed till the CC news....Then it went to .025 and everyone has called the bottom again and hasnt fount it......005 may or may not be the bottom...may have to test .002 again(you hanging on?)
