It doesn't matter if Joel left things incomplete in the quarterly. It doesn't matter if some of the information is the same as it has been every quarter for the last year. It doesn't matter if things are sheer fabrications or nonsense.
All that matters is that it was filed, and the company can claim to be current with OTCMarkets. Hell, it could have been in crayon on a cookie recipe, and it would have been enough to get them current. Yet some will point to this and say it is proof of legitimacy.
