My guess is a simple phone call to Fidelity to convert. There are 3 components (the way I see it) and some may go automatic based on time or some of the "triggers" mentioned. Could send an email now to see what they say? Assume there will be fees too?

1) 1 U share to 1/4 preferred share
2) 1 U share to 10 common shares
3) 1 U share to 20 warrants

I would sell all my common and put it in to units. Each unit has 10 shares of common, so your PPS is more or less the same. Additionally you get $20 of value. There's no way that the street won't pick up on the warrants. Look at GBSNU for reference. After 3 weeks, the units doubled. Even if they don't, you can still convert the warrant after 6 months and make a really nice return.
