WHEREAS, the Series C Preferred provided the Holders with the right to convert the principal balance and accrued interest due pursuant to the Series C Preferred into shares of common stock of the Company (“Common Stock”); and



WHEREAS, the Company has presently placed in reserve with its Transfer Agent (Fidelity Transfer Company) 3,235,294,118 shares of common stock to convert the Remaining Principal Balance and accrued interest due pursuant to the Series C Preferred into Common Stock; and

There is an estimated $20 million bucks inside of the preferred C. they convert @ 60% of the lowest price. which has been .0009 already. so, how many .00054's does yu thunks is inside of 20 million Bucks??

No worries right? LOL. the 3.2 billion gets dumped on weekly rates by three, not 1 but 3! different debt holders.. until November and after that the rest are to continue converting.

You ever seen tag team dumping?? if not go and look at why prior to the reverse split recently, why it got to .0001 AND no bid last December.. they're doing again!

It means that the entire authorized of 10 billion will be dumped. reverse split and dump again..

Accordingly the preferred C's are being dumped in lue of filing bankruptcy.
