Thank you for this! As a small biz owner I am tied up early until late in day many times trying to run my business and make a living, and will find time to deal with this.
Also, folks need to look at a former RipoffReport.com posting by a Vancouver, Canada woman who was supposedly hired by Mr. Esposito to create the mar needs for LGBI when it was the alluvial gold mining operation in brazil, S.A., and how her marketing firm was not paid then, and when she tried to collect her fee for all the work she did for Mr. Esposito he got irate with her, threatened her, and she filed charges with authorities in Canada then I believe it was, and they told her he was being watched and on a no fly list too.
I got her docs filed here somewhere along with his Private Placement portfolio he sent me over a year ago regarding that Code 2 Action IPO thingy too when he solicited me for monies to invest, saying he felt for how I took such loss owning RBRM stock, then it was converted to LGBI stock when he took control of LGBI (Brazil), etc etc etc... As I think more about this, and past conversations, he tried hard to get me to invest into C2A private stock then, (wanted to take my LGBI stock in trade or such)saying I would almost certainly break even minimally from my prior losses (with his newly issued C2A stock), but not sell it once it came public for a period of time, etc.....
