Actually it's only 10% growth in 2 years
look at the following 3 years results

in 2013 they were selling 5.1 million?
now in 2015 5.6 million
That's 10% growth in 2 years

So there is no real growth in this company

last year Q2 they said LEAs were all holding off waiting on funding
