Besides DRIVING OFF most of the existing shareholders, what would a 1:10000 split accomplish???
Scott has ZERO in the business acumen department.
Scott has ZERO in the CREDIBILITY department.
Scott is a PROVEN FAILURE as CEO in his " last " company he took over.
Scott did NOT follow through with what he stated in MANY of his CC's and PR's that he used to SELL STOCK in a misleading manner.
If you don't see that SEEK in in the FINAL STAGES of either BK or being bought out for PENNIES on the dollar, then I suggest you take a harder look at those financials he tossed out recently.
Scott is BLEEDING every penny of his " salary " he can before the end. He has SOLD SHAREHOLDERS down the river with his CHEAP sales of shares to his " cronies for CHUMP CHANGE. "
In return, those " cronies " have RAPED THE PPS month after month by DUMPING until now all shareholders can see is ZERO VOLUME since the HONEY POT is now empty.
