Plus it happened the day Fnma reported earnings, so maybe Lamberth sees that takings is ripe now? :) if it scheduling issue they wont cancel all 4 dates at once after all it their decision in the first place to set those dates.
Any judge can see that govt lied and didnt give complete admn record last year to the court, even from redacted docs you can make it out easily.
Hope we hear from the court soon. Aug 10th and 13th looks like big dates in Sweeney's court, pressure is building up with each motion filed by plaintiffs n their amicis.
