What they've said here on the board, is that the EPC report is in hold because they don't have the money to pay for it...I don't know if that's true. Like you, I don't know if the one report is for all properties or just one. As far as a sewer problem, if there was one, it must have been in Hendry County because there's no sewer service to the proposed site in Taylor County.
