Someone needs to be held liable for sure. Which side will prevail? That's yet to be determined. A lot of people lost a LARGE amount of money today (including myself) all on account of someone's dishonesty...

One would hope so... Per "Seeking Alpha Needs to Take Stock of its Policies" (Barron's)...

But the better target is prob the poster/blogger.

Even though Hedge Fund Greenlight Capital / Einhorn settled their S Alpha lawsuit (per my earlier post), and S Alpha dug in heels, doesn't mean that a CTIX vs "Mako" the Shark shouldn't be filed, couldn't be won.

Shame all the progress as to the Science will like be pushed to the sidelines for the near-term. Will be interesting to see the CTIX response, which is def merited IMO.

Silvercorp had a similar case this scum bag wrote a similar article. The stock dropped 25 % silvercorp sued the author took him to court and the legal system dropped the case based on freedom of speech. Then the scum bag counter sued. The U.S. legal system is a complete mockery and sham. Seeking Alpa is also a complete sham used by these trolls as a portal to spread false rumours
