Hi Obit, would they be simply moving it back to district court, where it started with the new info now? Waiting to see what happens there, before they continue the briefing schedule in the Circuit? TIA

A scheduling issue...but the dates are so far out...why now?...why after the sealed document filings?...clearly they set a date to begin with because there was no conflicting dates/schedules...
