ARYC has pulled this stunt before on both fronts.

They try and snow people with claims with $10 million, they can buy a company that instantly gives them $100 million in revenue opportunity.

Part 2 is trying to snow people that some firm will lend them money to "buy" this vapor dream.........

Just another version of sending Facebook unsolicited proposals for $10 million in funding or all the other versions they've spun about proposals, "conference calls", meetings, etc.

I suspect Chapter 11 is coming in 2015.......Change that, Chapter 7......
