Please provide proof that KNSC will not do a Reverse Split, I would love to see the evidence

Fact is historically KNSC has done multiple Reverse Splits

I guarantee you that you will not have the same amount of KNSC shares if the $0.001 share price sticks after this supposed Reverse Merger happens, however keep in mind that most R/M the share structure never remains the same

Quite simply KNSC is nothing more than a Empty Shell with a history of toxic borrowing that results in the OS being maxed out followed by reverse splits
