I feel he could of been. I would say linda cook would give zedd the expertise for them to allow. I seen an 8k that makes me feel he was. With no proof to back what he said. Just an old link that gave requirements to do business in Peru. Which I feel linda cook fills

those are different process (US and Peru)..management "sold" licenses thinking would be easy to transfer and told Zedd and Zorritos to wait..we will see the mess soon
