SLIO$ Well, it looks like they are manipulating it in order to trigger .0003. As chevdawg18 says, looks like the accumulators are playing games, to get cheapies. But, everyone seems to be holding and someone slapped to put this on the right track. Oil is down, but oil stocks are up today, even in OTC, so someone wants in, IMO. Hopefully we see a nice .0004 bid support tomorrow.
