What didn't happen?

NNVC didn't get good results with Ebolacide. The results weren't even good enough to warrant testing in rodents.

NNVC hasn't produced enough Flucide for tox and shows no sign of being able to this year.

People don't like CEOs who lie. Dr. Seymour claimed that it wasn't until the initial BASi tox was done last October that they realized they'd need kilograms of Flucide for tox. But in fact in the October 2013 SEC filing they say that they expect that tox will require kilograms of Flucide. So NNVC knew that kilograms of Flucide would be needed a year before the BASi tests started, yet in April of 2014 NNVC claimed they were making all the Flucide for tox in their old facility, which was bullshit.
