Yep, thats why its likely to bottom here around $2.00 and start another leg to reflect the likelihood of winning their other lawsuits. This valuation is not factoring anything other than their cash... not the other lawsuits, the consulting arm, licensing deals, mobile security products, etc.
We might see some out of court settlements now. Finjans patents are solid and they are having no problem proving it. No doubt the other violators are watching close.
