You really take what Talari has written at face value? Look at his record; all of his business and personal relationships end up in court. Maybe he's a nice guy who just attracts bad situations, or maybe he is the paranoid rage filled man who blows everything eventually because of his incompetence and temper, as everyone I've talked to indicates. And you should probably take time to read the answers that have been filed, they paint a very different picture.

First, the Utest deal was delayed because Futureworld hadn't paid the printers in months. This is a common pattern for them. The Colorado team was on the verge of being evicted, again because Futureworld hadn't paid the property owner, Isley LLC, rent in months. Basic OSHA and fire safety equipment wasn't in place, and when an employee complained for the umpteenth time, they were fired. The thing disintegrated over a few months, despite having a great line of products, because Saed himself kept underfunding the project and firing people whenever they questioned him. The story told in the court filing doesn't add up at all when you look at the timeline of how things went down, which is available if you look.

Now I've communicated with some people who were involved in some of the other spinoffs and are no longer with the company. They tell the same exact story; Saed has no idea what he is doing, and when the people who do know try and correct him he flies into a rage, fires them, and then tries to sue them out of existence. The recent departure of Ballou seems to be yet another example of this, and you can already see a confrontation building over the Futureland property.

Now if I can gather all this info in just a couple hours, why are you still reading the official version? Do some real research, don't just pump the company line.
