Baltia has no earnings. They have never PR'd anything about the 7 failed minis by choice.

I am speculating here but maybe Baltia wants to buy back a crapload of shares before they announce the proving flights. In my understanding they have four business days to PR share buyback program and then they'll PR the successful mini evac. Strictly my speculations. What do you think?
