So many unanswered questions about where DSCR is going. Imma big believer in the past being at least a pointer of where the present might go. And I don't want really bad news. So you are right. I'm trying to 'divine the tea leaves'.
I should have tied up more loose ends. And I should have said this: I think this dilution and raising of AS is revealing yet another initiative(based on his past behavior). I'm hoping the African J/V. I think if this latest initiative of his goes nowhere, then, maybe very end of year/sometime early on next year we might see the dreaded r/s. For now, this seems to fit his character.
I could be very wrong, but where are we going to go now?
