Eyetalk owns all rights, title, and interest to the patents-in-suit and to several other patents. Eyetalk was formed for two purposes: 1) to develop products that embody the inventions set forth in Eyetalk’s patent portfolio; and 2) to prevent others from infringing its patents. Eyetalk is currently working on products that are planned to be released in the third quarter of 2015.
