and you have to have a working registered well. Like Max said at the NuGro Approval meeting. "You have to have something to Augment"

I see that the only other applicant on the plan that had in a "commercial" well permit application decided to change up and drill a monitoring well. I guess they have something to augment

NuGro and INCC are both listed in the SWSP as not having a well. Not sure what you're suggesting here?
