I also heard something about dilution. It was speculatively posted on this IHUB board as a reaction to an O/S increase if I remember correctly.
Yes, dilution (perhaps through toxic financing) is one reason a stock might see an O/S increase. Another plausible reason would be that WFMC needs to pay people for their services in helping to move this product forward and some might prefer to receive stock as compensation.
