109....... The EOM/CVX consortium only had a one well obligation, within the block, to the JDA. Since the finalization of the Obo 1, they have opted their extension rights to drill additional wells within the block.

This is an obvious statement that they are interested in exploring the block further and yes, they did meet all the JDA requirements.
