Those are false choices mac, and it is far from black and white.
I've never, ever, claimed Glassware "does not work". New Caney is using it so that argument would be downright silly.
My opinions are based on my view that I haven't seen anything particularly interesting to date, and see the commercial opportunity as limited vs. the current valuation and expectations, coupled with an extremely weak balance sheet loaded with debt and negative working capital (which is really unacceptable for a hardware company that needs inventory), and a cash burn.
That's pretty much it in a nutshell.
IMHO if ANY were private, and didn't have OVRL and V3, and raised money at this stage with a few early customer wins like New Caney and some early traction with a Microsoft partnership, they might get $10M or so in value from a venture capital firm, if they were lucky (I disagree with the Docker comp as the whole world is adopting Docker and literally has millions of developers using it).
Others have their own, more optimistic humble opinions. That is what makes a market.
Let's not forget that even at $4.50 including the debt ANY is valued at something like $200M so that's not something to be terribly upset about- a TON of optimism is built into the current price, IMHO.
