You notice MAXM and MICA with those not held orders on both the bid and the ask everyday. I could be wrong but those look like shorts selling and covering. This is common but on the otc you can just make them out easier bc things are so thin. If my hunch is right and they are rolling up their shorts they are probably in for a surprise.
