Are there and ADF opioids being sold in EU now?

Elite has clearly put Eli 154 on the shelf. Elite doesn't even have patents that have been allowed on this product. The Zohydro backlash tells me Elite is spending their resources where it needs to. In the ADT market. The FDA will eventually push pharma companies to develop only abuse deterrent opioids. Clearly Canada will do the same.

Now Europe will follow this ADT wave but likely 10 years behind. So one might make an argument that Elite could sell Eli 154 to a European pharma for some cash to pay for some ongoing R&D costs. But I agree Eli 154 is likely dead on the whole. Sad but true.

Elite was pursuing the patent on ELI-154 but chose instead to concentrate on the ADF patent.

It is now an in-house PIP. Dont know if they will pursue the patent or if they feel it isnt worth pursuing.
