I thought the SLS sales reps (independent 1099's) were going to get an over-ride for BB's in their territory and it was the Reps responsibility to go in and detail displays and train sales people.

When I was a Rep that's how it worked with national chains.

I find it hard to believe that there is no follow up.

The Reps that work for me know that when I say "FU" it does not mean "FY" it means FOLLOW UP!
