The Q2 revenue alone (the 2nd is XXII's commercial product history) is more than 3x the entire management committee's 2015 base salary. On top of that employee and director stock based compensation is down approximately $294K YOY from '14. It takes money to make money and we know XXII has more employees than at this time last year and the increase in the sales and marketing costs were primarily the result of costs incurred to launch proprietary cigarette brands, RED SUN and MAGIC, in the U.S. and Europe, respectively. Cash on hand as of 6/30 was $8,196,739; revenue is quickly outpacing expenses and at a glance, it looks to me like $5-10M a quarter = profitably.
