Dude your kidding yourself if you think this shell paid anything more than 10 grand to get it current. Attorney letter can be shopped around for less than a grand. The financials have to be uploaded by the company and the OTC markets fee is $4,500. Where's the 100 grand coming from? These are not audited SEC filings just bs numbers that can be uploaded by anyone with a brain. The otc uses this for hype. And you my friend are mis stating the cost.
