Well of course Icbs is on its best behavior for the moment, Garth makes money while investors lose money.
Plenty of old reverse splits and new high interest debt with no way to pay it back, down here in the pinky swamps it's just a matter of a few forms and a reverse split screws the investors and the CEO GET PAID BIG TIME.
