I don't think NH is losing much sleep over possible law suits; these have been mentioned many times even before he came onboard. Can one sue nother for believing the forward looking statements that follow every PR? Good idea if one had the deep pockets to do it and there was some chance of recovering potential losses once a company goes BK or as an individual has sold and can prove fraud. I don't think good intentions gone awry will bring anything but another loss this time for attorney's fee.
I am holding my shares, not selling and not buying. I no longer have the 1.25M shares because some were sold by the brokerage for mandatory withdrawals post 72.5 years of age and I did not reinvest those proceeds in ELTP shares. My count is still well over 1.15M though. I will try to follow snups and many many others and flip the next time there is a .10+ spike.
