Yes, and in order to do that successfully - there must be VOLUME.
To flip this one, it's going to take VOLUME and then the technicals will have to set up once again. In order for ANYTHING to happen, there will have to be some initial news - and some volume will come, we will hit R1 and then sell back off til the next tidbit of news comes along. Well, that's JMHO.
