Considering that Kim owns the majority of the shares, that should be settled through the succesion planning, as for the Company (CEO, accountants, operations, etc.) it should be through the Company Charter (which refers to what autorities shares provide)?
Considering that Kim is a lawyer, I think this was thought through very thoroughly!!!!
