The MVNO agreement signed with Next Communications is a major first milestone for Telco Cuba.



This company must be full of idiots to sign an agreement with an MVNO. The MVNO just negotiated bulk rates from a telecommunications company with the infrastructure to provide service. The MVNO then jacks the rates and sells to the customers at inflated retail. QBAN should have told the story that they were buying bulk rates from a real telecommunications company rather than an MCNO. That might have made this charade a little more plausible. Truly Willie is not much of a business man much less a con man. Erwin should really spend some money on real promoters rather than looking in the gutter for a half a$$ sham artist.

Oh yeah. Now they can pretend to offer calling cards in all the 7-11's in Miami and places north. Their is a definite shortage of those cards.

This of course doesn't mean anything toward cell service in Cuba or anywhere else for that matter...

I wonder if Next Communications has a license with any access to a cell site network in Cuba. I bet not...
