After a quick read here are my comments:

1. All 3 Phases on PC delayaed till first qtr 2016.
2. Diabeties human trials several years away.


Very disappointing -Hopefully the CEO will provide more details as to the details. I cannot imagine the delay was caused by not meeting cGMP.

In addition, the CEO recently mentioned in an article that human trials for diabetes might start in 2016. This is also delayed.


I understand this is a small bio but shareholders need to know what issues are causing these delays.

It appears that Chardan has a long relationship with Nuvilex/PMCB or whatever they are calling themselves these days. Take note of Chardan disclosure at bottom of article. I wonder if PMCB is capable of publishing an analyst report without the analyst having some form of compensation tied to it.
