Need to be saying they have solved the scaling up and packaging hydrogen so it can be dispensed in to cars at a rate of x per day using water source of y gallons.
So what ... they don't have anything to solve the problem ... and I have doubts if such a solution will come from HYSR ... so their strategy is to post these kind of crap PR's, instead of giving concrete information where they stand. The fact that they don't give any timelines says enough.
