I agree for a change. Companies require capitol to survive. There is plenty of untapped capitol in the AS. The AS has not been used to raise capitol. IMO Cruz is seeking capitol through other means. He loaned $123K+/- to GRCU and then converted that debt to 23mm shares at .005/share after the loans came due. Maybe he will sell a multi-million dollar commercial real estate building and take his commissions and invest them into GRCU? Who knows!
